  • Perform verification of student eligibility in accordance with federal guidelines
  • Assist in awarding and adjusting federal financial aid packages
  • Counsel students and families on federal aid programs (Pell Grants, Direct Loans, Work-Study)
  • Resolve discrepancies and manage incomplete files
  • Maintain accurate records utilizing internal software: PowerFaids
  • Support operations, including phone, emails and walk-ins
